Take time for yourself and discover all that makes you the beautifully complex person you are. In SoulCollage we use images, imagination, and intuition to create collages on 5’ x 7’ cards. Each collage represents a different piece of you. Your knowledge of yourself will grow as you add cards to your deck. When you work with the cards you access insights and wisdom from yourself that can help you navigate life. You don’t have to be an artist to make SoulCollage® cards. Anyone can create and enjoy this powerful practice.

Founder Seena B. Frost, M.A., M.Div. (1932-2016) developed her ideas for creating collaged cards and consulting them for self-discovery in her psychotherapy groups in the late 1980s. From the first night of my first SoulCollage® class, I was hooked. SoulCollage® is the most fun I’ve ever had with self-discovery and self-expression. SoulCollage® card making is a quiet, personal activity and I love honoring myself with time focused solely on me. Every week, I learn something new about myself. I’m uncovering layer after layer of profound inner wisdom and learning to love and accept myself fully. Sharing this passion as a SoulCollage® Facilitator is my way of helping others find joy in themselves. We are all worthy of being celebrated!

Outside of SoulCollage®, I am a reader, writer, communicator, planner, presenter, team leader, and project manager. I love helping businesses and non-profits positively impact the world through well-written content and organized projects.
