Cherishedonline- Adapted from our Cherished retreat, Cherishedonline is designed for couples who want to deepen their relationship from the comfort of their own home. Couples participate in an online group for 1.5 hrs a week for 8 consecutive weeks and are led through a process of understanding how crucial attachment is in adult love relationships, identifying how to name and change negative cycles of disconnection within their relationship, and fostering meaningful conversations for lasting love and connection. Couples will gain a common language to strengthen their bond. Cherishedonline is not intensive couple’s counseling and is not meant for couples experiencing significant relational distress including active domestic abuse, addictions, or affairs. Couples are screened prior to placement in the program. Should additional support be required the clinician will make recommendations on a case by case basis.
Resilience- This 6 week cohort is a closed group that meets for 1.5 hours every two weeks. It is designed to provide support for women serving in ministry roles. *Virtual Groups are not appropriate for all individuals and are intended to function as psycho-educational and peer process groups, not intensive counseling groups. Prior to placement in a group, individuals will participate in a screening call to assess for any contraindications or necessary referrals to appropriate levels of care. Kintsukuroi Counseling does provide intensive counseling services on sight and has a broad referral base to help individuals find the right level of care.
