My faith fuels my passion to encourage others to work towards restoration with themselves and within their relationships. I want individuals to be refreshed in who they are so they can know and become the best version of themselves. I want therapy to be a place where a person feels safe to unpack the difficult parts of themselves and feels supported in that process, but also encouraged that they do not have to stay there – healing is possible.
As a training coordinator in the mental health field for over 10 years, I specialize in providing mentorship and support to new and developing therapists as they journey towards becoming the professional they dreamed they could be. You do not have to navigate the stress and anxiety that comes along with taking this next big step in your career alone. I am here to help! I facilitate a small group of other students or professionals who are preparing for their NCE or NCMHCE for a small group experience designed specifically for right where you are in the clinical process. Next Group starts July 27. Click here for registration information or email email@example.com.
When not in the office, I find the most joy in spending time with my support system which includes my husband, my fur babies, and my close family and friends. I love to read and listen to music and my favorite place to do that is on the beach.
